There isn’t an export tax. The tax is paid by the recipient of the goods. Tax rates vary widely from country to country. It would appear that the recipient is going to have import duties of about 8% and taxes of 10%-20% depending on the items. You also need to make sure you are not shipping something that is restricted as well.
